Scope of Works
Works included internal partition walls, minor ceiling and lighting alterations, joinery, flooring and decoration. All works have been delivered within a live environment around the ongoing daily operations of the busy gym on the floor below.
Outcome
The works were delivered on time and within a lump sum budget, the client was extremely pleased with the result. The space has been completed to a high, move in ready, standard for the client.
