Project Outline
TMP Interiors were engaged by End User client H&G Carparks Limited to carry out the full installation of internal partitioning, drylining systems, suspended ceiling systems and decorations. H&G Carparks had been left in a difficult situation where their nominated main contractor had fallen into administration and had shown more than 12 months of delay on site. TMP Interiors were therefore contacted to assist with the completion of the development by the client’s agent. When initially visiting site there had been some progress to the internal partitioning systems which required assessment and were found to be non-compliant resulting in large amounts of the works being removed.
Scope of Works
Following initial site survey and collaborative working with the client’s team, TMP Interiors were appointment for the full delivery of the internal partition and lining systems, glazed partitions, suspended ceiling systems and decoration package. This included fire rated performance partitions, acoustic glazed meeting rooms and offices including glazed doors, suspended ceilings and perimeter margins, decoration to internal general areas and exposed ceiling soffits.
Outcome
The works were delivered within the programme period agreed with the client’s team and within budget, the client was extremely pleased with a result that had exceeded their expectations.
